The Policy Evaluation and Research Centre (PERC) mission is three-fold:
• To apply research findings toward crafting policy and programme ideas for educational improvement
• To undertake and publish research on educational issues of critical interest to governments, as well as to educational institutions
• To conduct evaluation research on investments of public and private resources in education
PERC works across ETS to accomplish the organisation's extensive policy research agenda, involving members of the special studies centres in the Research & Development Division and from elsewhere within the company. PERC also recruits distinguished experts in the field of educational policy and research worldwide externally.
